Students and parents transact through the institution’s approved PGs, while the ERP manages reconciliation, fee mapping, callbacks and receipts without vendor lock-in.

Integration Approach

1. Secure Initiation

ERP creates a signed payment request with student context, fee heads and reference ID. User is redirected to the institution’s chosen aggregator checkout.

2. Hosted Checkout

All card and UPI data is captured directly by the aggregator. No sensitive payment data enters the ERP environment.

3. Webhook Authority

Server‑to‑server webhook with HMAC verification becomes the primary confirmation source with retry and idempotency control.

4. ERP Settlement

Receipt generation, student ledger posting, SMS/email alerts and collection reports are triggered automatically.
